On days when both the Information and SSHL reference desks are single-staffed breaks will need to be staggered amongst the Information and Reference desk staff members. Staff members will inform one another as to when they would prefer to take their break(s) and lunch/dinner break.

NOTE: While the Reference Desk is closed, the Information Desk staff member will not forward calls to the Reference Desk. If calls come directly to the Reference Desk, the calls will automatically forward to voicemail. To access the reference desk voicemail, key in the last five digits of the telephone number: 20450.
