A.  Statistical Summary

Statistics continue to show a trend toward more -- more people in the building, more services being used, more demand for just about everything we do. There are only two declining number; one in the Information Desk service, which is perplexing given the growing gate count.  It may be that the switch to networked printing has alleviated some of the interactions at that desk. The other declining service is Maps reference. Given the push to move our map collection online one assumes that users are more self sufficient and do not need in-person assistance.  We will continue to track and analyze our activity for the coming year.
