Bibliographers should check their boolean printouts to see if there is a separate list of serials. If not, see Karen Peters.

Main agenda item:

All bibliographers gave an update of their progress with the Annex Weeding Project. Bibliographers are targeting between 45-90% of collections to send to SRLF.

All bibliographers should continue to work with these boolean lists with the goal of targeting a high percentage of volumes to send to SRLF.

Everyone should keep an estimate of the number of volumes slated for transfer so we can provide Phyllis and Brian with these figures when needed.

I am working with Phyllis to coordinate shipments to SRLF and will keep you posted. In the meantime, keep up the good weeding work!
